Retired Commissioner of New York State Department of Correctional Services. He administered an operating budget of approximately $2.6 billon and managed over 30,000 employees.
Lee Hartmann
Over 15 years experience in the surety industry as the Chief Financial Officer for International Fidelity Insurance Company and Colonial Surety Company. She is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Senior Vice President, and Compliance Officer of the Company.
William Hopson, Esq.
Partner with Troutman Sanders, LLP and heads the Construction/Surety, Construction Litigation, and Real Estate areas of practice. He holds a Law Degree from Georgia State University.
Stacey Kaniewski
She represents the second largest shareholder in the Company and previously had 10 years experience in Human Resources for two publicly traded companies, GATX and Ametek.

He is the current President of First Indemnity of America Insurance Company, President and CEO of Insurance Company of America, Reinsurance Company of America, and Financial Benefits Company.
Dennis C. Vacco, Esq.
Former New York State Attorney General and General Councel for Waste Management, Inc.. Former United States Attorney for the Western District of New York.
Kelly Vacco, Esq.
She is an attorney with a background in Municipal and Construction Law having served as a Town Attorney for the Town of Boston and General Counsel to a large WNY construction company. She is currently Vice Chairman of the Erie Conty Water Authority where she oversees services to over 155,000 residential and commercial customers.
